Charged yearly to ensure that all RCDs and hard-wired smoke alarms are compliant with Legislation & are in working order. Technology Fee $9.90 (inc. GST) per month. Software subscriptions for inspection and reporting, as well as the websites for advertising, including realestate.com.au, Domain .com.au and REIWA. Annual Financial Statement $55 - Compiled at the end of financial year for tax purposes. Court Preparation & Attendance $77 (inc. GST) per hour, up to a maximum of $770. Charged per case for the preparation of legal paperwork, documentation & lodgment, court waiting time, court appearance & any reappearance times (if applicable).
